Albfuehren apple harvest
When employees from all departments gather in our orchard, it can only mean one thing: it’s time for the annual apple harvest.
In wonderful weather, this year’s harvest began in September. It was a welcome change from the usual daily routine, as colleagues from gastronomy, accounting, the stud farm, and facility management joined forces to pick apples for our Albfuehren apple juice.
True to the motto “Many hands make light work,” all the apples from the orchard were harvested within just a few hours and then delivered directly to Ebner Fruchtsaefte GmbH, who produce and bottle our apple juice.
You are very welcome to enjoy our naturally cloudy apple juice with 100% fruit content in our restaurant or purchase a bottle at our reception.
